Our aim is to make every guest‘s stay an unagitated feel–good experience. We realise this goal with the high quality of products from local suppliers and their professional advice as well as our own standards.
At the same time, we try to keep the cycle of goods as full as possible, in which each product has not just one dish, but several, so that we can guarantee its consumption. We are open, alert to optimisation and innovative when it comes to improvements and their implementation. We use our resources responsibly.
We see ourselves as a team
We are a small team with a flat hierarchy, for whom it is important to treat each other with respect and humour. Every position has its place and is equally important for the success of the process.
A Brief Portrait of our Head of Chef
Alexander Martin trained at the 1-Michelin–starred restaurant, hotel and winery ‘Schwarzer Adler‘ in Oberbergen. This is also where his roots in classic French gastronomy lie.
He has been our head chef at Perron since 2020, where he enchants our guests with the finest dishes every day.
